About this role

Plan, prepare and analyze accounting, estimating and program financial/operational data for management and/or customer review.

Working Procedure

• Develop and maintain integrated master schedule using critical-path-method (CPM) scheduling techniques. This activity includes working with Control-Account-Managers (CAMs) to provide monthly status updates and percentage completion assessments.

• Compile and analyze cost and progress data in accordance with the estimate-at-completion process to establish cost and schedule indices/variances

• Calculate and document variance-at-completion

• Monitor and maintain status of actual cost incurred on assigned projects, as well as interpret data and provide corrective action recommendations for management review

• Analyze cost data for discrepancies from budget, notifies management and assists in development/implementation of corrective measures when necessary

• Plan and prepare compliant cost proposals in accordance with FAR 15.4, and provide support during proposal audit and negotiations

• Maintain FAR compliant pricing system for current rates and adherence to estimating and pricing guidelines

• Make recommendations for procedural improvements to increase operational efficiency for the project controls job function

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field, or an equivalent amount of education and experience.

Experience Requirement: Minimum of six to eight years of financial analysis experience; background in project management or project controls preferred.

In compliance with state and local laws, the salary range for this role is $95,000 - $115,000. The range provided is a general guideline and good faith estimate representative of all experience levels but is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. TCOM considers several factors when extending an offer including, but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, a candidate's experience, education/training, key skills, internal equity, and current market conditions. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
