Franciscan Health Center is looking for a compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a Casual RN position. This is a great opportunity for an RN seeking flexibility, the ability to pick up additional shifts, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.
The Casual RN will provide safe, compassionate, and resident-centered nursing care while working closely with residents, families, nursing assistants, providers, and the interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities include assessing residents, administering medications and treatments, monitoring changes in condition, completing accurate documentation, communicating with healthcare providers, and responding appropriately to residents' needs.
Pay starts at $45.00 per hour, with the opportunity to pick up available shifts based on facility needs and your availability. This position is ideal for an RN who values flexibility while still being part of a supportive long-term care team.
