Compensation: $20-$21

Responsibilities:

Sales & Leasing

• Respond promptly and professionally to telephone, email, website, social media, and walk-in inquiries.

• Generate and follow up on leads to convert prospects into community tours and lease applications.

• Conduct personalized apartment and community tours highlighting features, amenities, pricing, and availability.

• Guide prospects through the application, screening, approval, and lease-signing process.

• Maintain knowledge of current market conditions, competing communities, rental rates, and community amenities.

• Achieve leasing, occupancy, and renewal goals established by management.

• Maintain leasing closing ratios that meet company expectations.

Resident Relations & Customer Service

• Deliver exceptional customer service to prospects, residents, guests, and vendors.

• Foster positive resident relationships and support resident retention initiatives.

• Assist with lease renewals and resident retention programs.

• Address resident concerns, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

• Support community events and resident engagement activities that enhance the resident experience.

Marketing & Outreach

• Promote the community through approved social media platforms, marketing campaigns, and outreach efforts.

• Participate in community outreach, resident events, networking opportunities, and local marketing initiatives.

Administrative Responsibilities

• Prepare lease agreements and related documentation accurately and timely.

• Maintain accurate resident, prospect, and property records in property management systems.

• Process required reports, forms, and leasing documentation within established timelines.

• Ensure model apartments, leasing office areas, and tour routes are maintained in a professional and market-ready condition.

• Assist with resident communications, occupancy reporting, and other administrative duties as assigned.

Compliance & Safety

• Comply with all Fair Housing laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

• Operate within OSHA standards and company safety guidelines.

• Report unusual, unsafe, or extraordinary property or resident situations to management promptly.

• Maintain a professional appearance, attitude, and conduct at all times.

• Other duties as assigned.
