Primary Responsibilities:
• Leads all non-sales new hire training, from developing training plans and driving communication to leading onboarding sessions and handling schedule adjustments
• Ownership of Mentor Program.
• Oversee weekly sales meetings with crew and coordination.
• Coordinate Travel booking and communication making sure that travel aligns with company policies, schedules and training needs.
Secondary Responsibilities:
• Evaluate sales commissions and look for opportunities to coach and improve overall store sales.
• Collaborate closely with the Leadership Team, Sales Leaders, SSM, and Office Staff.
• Support various projects from leadership and other store departments as required.
• Demonstrate strong multitasking, organizational, attention to detail, and internal communication skills.
Other General Responsibilities:
• Professional, timely response to all email and phone inquiries.
• Utilize Google Workspace tools effectively.
• Perform basic calculations, including discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
• Ability to deal with problems involving several variables in standardized situations.
• Proactively seeking challenges and contributing solutions.
• All other duties assigned by the store leadership team.
Education & Experience:
The ideal candidate will have an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Management, or related fields and 1 - 2 years of experience.
Strong organization and administrative skills with attention to detail.
Ability to build positive working relationships with employees, instructors, trainees, and external partners.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fact paced training environment.
Physical Requirements/Lifting Requirements:
Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation.
Sedentary work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Schedule and Compensation:
• Hours: Average of 40 hours per week.
• The Shift: Monday through Friday. Typical shift is 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM with Wednesday shift being from 12:00 PM - 8:30PM to help facilitate meetings and trainings that occur on Wednesday evenings.
• Weekends: Occasional Saturdays as needed.
• Pay: The posted compensation is $22/HR.
