Responsibilities:
• Assist associates by organizing, managing, and cleaning backroom spaces and fixture storage areas.
• Organize, communicate, and coordinate scheduling effectively with all levels within the organization before transporting freight/fixtures to the various departments/off-site warehouse
• Coordinate with the receiving team to maintain a high level of organization in the freight room and drop zone
• Plan for a large seasonal shipment in addition to maintaining the flow of freight all year
• Assist customers and salespeople with retrieving and loading purchased products
• Maintain orderly appearance of personal workspace and surrounding areas, including off-site warehouses
• Be knowledgeable of all equipment and tools, and how to use them properly
• Assist in the removal of snow and debris from walkways, rooftops, and landscaping around the building
• Update warehouse inventory
• Strong organizational and attention to detail skills. Strong oral/written communication and presentation skills to communicate effectively and promptly
• Ability to work with a team. Able to fill in or help out to cover absences in the area (including but not limited to: going on deliveries, helping with product builds / set-ups, filling in for Merchandisers as needed, etc.)
• Other duties as assigned by the leadership team
Education & Experience:
An ideal candidate will have a minimum of a High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED), one to three months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Physical Requirements/Lifting Requirements:
*Associates must be at least 21 years of age.
Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation.
Very heavy work – Exerting in excess of 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or in excess of 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or in excess of 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

Schedule and Compensation:
• Hours: Average of 20 hours per week.
• The Shift: Monday through Friday (6:30 AM - 2:30 PM) with flexibility as needed.
• Weekends: Occasional Saturdays as needed.
• Pay: The posted compensation is a base hourly rate $16.00/HR.
