About this role
The purpose of this position is to provide gage design for the development of new products and maintenance of legacy products including bearings and multi-component assemblies
Principal Responsibilities
• Work as part of an Engineering team to design gauging/tooling for new products involving bearings and multi-component assemblies to meet the needs of a variety of existing and new customers.
• Lead the development of 3-D models and drawings to support new product development gauging/tooling activities as well as engineering changes to existing products related to gauging capability.
• Provide support to Manufacturing.
• Develop and maintain gage/Tool designs & gage procedures.
Qualifications:
An A.S. in Design Engineering plus 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent on-the-job experience
