Restaurant Server
As a Restaurant Server at AC Hotel Dallas, you will be the face of our dining experience, delivering attentive, personalized service that reflects the brand's modern, European-inspired hospitality. You will create memorable guest experiences by providing exceptional food and beverage service, anticipating guests' needs, and ensuring every interaction is welcoming, professional, and seamless.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet guests warmly and provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, beverages, and daily specials.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them promptly into the point-of-sale system.
• Ensure all orders are prepared and delivered correctly, efficiently, and in a timely manner.
• Build positive relationships with guests by providing attentive service and responding proactively to requests.
• Collaborate closely with managers, chefs, and bartenders to ensure a smooth dining experience and quickly resolve any guest concerns.
• Verify and clarify orders with kitchen and bar staff as needed to maintain accuracy and quality standards.
• Present checks, process payments, and thank guests for their visit in a professional manner.
• Assist with the setup and arrangement of dining areas, including setting tables and accommodating larger parties when needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining environment by clearing and resetting tables promptly.
• Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and service standards to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
