Qualifications & Responsibilities
• Forklift certification required.
• Strong working knowledge of Oracle WMS, T4M, and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience managing shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse operations in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of inventory management principles, including FIFO, cycle counting, physical inventories, inventory accuracy, and material traceability.
• Experience supporting production scheduling and material flow to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Ability to analyze data, develop reports, and drive process improvements.
• Experience collaborating with Production, Maintenance, Logistics, and other cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving, root cause analysis, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience monitoring and improving KPIs, including inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, productivity, and warehouse performance.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ensure accurate shipping and receiving documentation and compliance with customer, company, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, cost reduction, and inventory control.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental, health, and safety standards.
• Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
• Ensure safe material handling, storage, and transportation practices.
• Train, coach, and ensure certification of employees operating forklifts
• Support compliance with customer-specific requirements as applicable.
