What You Will Be Doing:
The Digital Content Assistant for Spanish Content plays a key role in supporting the creation and distribution of Spanish-language digital media for Moody Global Media. This position focuses on the technical execution of digital media production, ensuring high-quality content delivery across multiple platforms. Working closely with the Spanish Content team, the Spanish Content Assistant helps implement the overall content strategy by managing production workflows, performing technical tasks, and contributing to a seamless process from creation to distribution.
Essential Functions

• Produce audio and video content in alignment with specifications and creative direction provided by the Spanish Content Manager.
• Manage technical aspects of media production, including operation of production and distribution platforms.
• Maintain and organize digital media files, ensuring proper storage and efficient access for all projects.
• Contribute to the digital media workflow by meeting deadlines and maintaining consistent output of high-quality content.
• Perform quality control checks on all content prior to publication, identifying and resolving issues as needed.
• Assist in publishing digital media, including uploading to video and podcast hosting platforms, social media outlets, web, and RSS feeds,
• Monitor listener feedback and engagement, handle correspondence, and manage listener surveys.
• Assist with additional Spanish content production and distribution tasks as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
• Must be a full-time student on Moody's Chicago campus.
• Spanish Language Proficiency ILR 4 / CEFR C1
• Intermediate Proficiency in industry standard digital media production software
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality content.
• Basic understanding of storytelling techniques as they relate to digital media.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
• Must be able to work in the US legally without sponsorship.
Preferred Requirements
• Basic graphic design instincts and skills.
• Copywriting and copyediting skills, both in English and Spanish.
• Skills with Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, SEM/PPC campaigns, SEO, WordPress, and motion graphics.

• This position operates within a professional office setting and a digital media production environment. The role regularly utilizes standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines, as well as media production tools including cameras, lighting fixtures, microphones, and digital recorders.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
• The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
• The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
