About this role
The Marketing Intern will provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Chief Marketing Officer and broader Marketing team, while gaining hands-on experience across marketing initiatives within a fast-paced, luxury fashion environment. This role will support the organization and execution of departmental priorities, including meeting coordination, presentations, research, competitive analysis, project tracking, and day-to-day team operations.
Responsibilities
• Assist with preparing presentations, reports, and meeting materials for internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain marketing department files, organized documents, and ensured accurate record keeping.
• Attend meetings and take notes to share with the larger marketing team
• Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reports, and other operational needs for the Chief Marketing Officer.
• Support day-to-day department operations by managing communications, tracking project deadlines, and following up on action items.
• Support the team with research, competitive analysis, and swipe for marketing projects.
Desired Background
• Bachelor's Degree required
• 1–2+ years of relevant experience in marketing, fashion, or customer-facing environment preferred
• Senior-year students or recent graduates strongly encouraged to apply

Base Pay Range
• The base pay range for this position in New York City is $18.00 per hour; base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, and location.
