Program/Location: Women's Addiction Treatment Center (WATC)/ New Bedford Education: High School diploma or equivalent (GED) Pay range: $21 - $26/hour(Experience dependent) Status: Per Diem Shift: Evening, 3pm-11:30pm or 11pm - 7:30am, Flexible Schedule and weekend availability

About Us
High Point & Affiliated Organizations is a health and human service agency whose mission is to treat and prevent substance use disorders and mental illness. High Point has programs located throughout Southeastern Massachusetts offering a full continuum of care for substance use and mental health treatment, including inpatient, outpatient, residential, and community-based services. Recovery Specialist Duties & Responsibilities
• Applicants should have knowledge of substance use disorders & mental health conditions
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, & boundaries
• Facilitate & document group discussions
• Complete client admission documentation
• Complete property searches, monitor clients while maintaining a therapeutic, safe, & calm unit
• Observation & accounting of patients at all times insuring while safety (hourly checks w/ documentation)
• Escorting patients to meals & fresh air breaks
• Attends required meetings & mandatory trainings
Recovery Specialist Qualifications
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent GED
