Essential Functions:
• Patient Intake & Clinical Care: Prepare exam rooms, assist patients, and document care details.
• Lab Testing: Perform CLIA-waived lab tests and venipuncture, ensuring compliance and quality.
• Diagnostic Tests: Conduct EKGs, vision, and hearing screenings under provider guidance.
• Assist During Exams & Procedures: Support providers, perform medical scribe duties, and handle medication prior authorizations.
• Vaccines & Incident Reporting: Administer vaccines per protocol, report incidents, and ensure safe patient care.
• Inventory Control & EHR Management: Monitor supplies, manage electronic documents, and assist with office tasks.
Qualifications:
• Education: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification, ongoing skills validation.
• Experience: Computer proficiency, preferably in a medical office setting.
• Skills: Exceptional customer service, communication, organizational skills, and teamwork.
