GetixHealth is hosting an ONSITE Hiring Event & Interview Day for qualified candidates interested in joining our team in Sugar Land, Texas!
These positions are 100% ONSITE in Sugar Land, TX and are NOT remote positions.

• Medical Collections Specialist
• Healthcare Customer Service Specialist
📅 Event Details:
• Date: Wednesday, September 2nd, 2026
• Time: 9:00am CST – 3:00pm CST
• Location: Sugarland, Tx- ONSITE
Specific location details will be provided to candidates selected to interview.
🎯 What to Expect:
This is an onsite, interview-focused hiring event designed to fast-track qualified candidates through our hiring process.
✔ Meet directly with our hiring team in person ✔ Participate in an onsite interview during your scheduled time ✔ Learn more about GetixHealth/ARStrat and our onsite work environment ✔ Selected candidates may move forward quickly in the hiring process
✅ What We're Looking For:
✔ Strong communication and customer service skills ✔ Healthcare, medical billing, insurance follow-up, collections, or call center experience preferred ✔ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment ✔ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills ✔ Customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn ✔ Ability to work onsite in Sugar Land, TX
💰 Compensation:
• Medical Collections Specialist: $16.00 per hour + Eligible for up to a $3,500 monthly bonus based on performance.
• Healthcare Customer Service Specialist: $16 -$19.00 per hour (based on experience)
• Additional BONUS opportunity: Customer Service positions may also be eligible for a $500 quarterly bonus based on production and quality performance.
