About this role

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Help maintain inventory supply by checking stock to determine inventory level: anticipate needed supplies.

• Participate in a process of ongoing improvement to identify areas or processes to help improve the assembly and production areas and the company's overall responsiveness to customers.

• Soldering of components.

• Accurately measure and mix resin/adhesive components to specified formulas and procedures.

• Vacuum assisted resin infusion.

• Assist in prototype builds to create and generate concepts for the improvement and development of designs and processes.

• Actively promote a positive safety culture within the facility, encouraging proactive identification and reporting of hazards.

• Duties and responsibilities of WL Assembler 1.

• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education:

• High School diploma or relevant work experience.

• Experience:

• 3+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Familiarity with formation, evaluation, or testing processes in a production setting (advantageous).

• Experience using hand tools, power tools, torque tools, and testing equipment.

• Exposure to quality control procedures and inspection processes.

• Skills:

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical diagrams, and work instructions.

• Competence in assembling small or complex components with high precision.

• Basic understanding of electrical testing and measurement tools (e.g., multimeter, test rigs).

• Knowledge of health & safety regulations in manufacturing environments.

• Basic computer literacy (data entry, production tracking systems, ERP/MES systems).

• Ability to identify defects and perform basic troubleshooting.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to meet production targets and deadlines.

• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

• Ability to follow structured processes consistently.

• Capability to work shifts (if required).
