Pricing & Quotation Management
• Prepare customer quotations for air freight, ocean freight, trucking, customs brokerage, warehousing, and other logistics services.
• Gather rates from carriers, agents, and suppliers to support competitive pricing proposals.
• Verify pricing accuracy, transit times, surcharges, and service requirements before issuing quotations.
• Respond promptly to pricing requests from customers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain records of all quotations and pricing activities.
Rate Management
• Update and maintain pricing databases with current carrier rates and contract agreements.
• Monitor market pricing trends and advise management of significant changes.
• Assist with maintaining tariff schedules, fuel surcharges, and carrier rate sheets.
• Ensure pricing information is current and readily accessible.
