How you will create impact:
• Conduct research to better understand how Canadians evaluate and purchase insurance through digital and partner-led channels.
• Analyze customer, market, and consumer behavior data to uncover trends and actionable insights.
• Evaluate insurance products, pricing models, and digital experiences across the Canadian market.
• Translate quantitative and qualitative research findings into recommendations that enhance customer journeys and embedded insurance offerings.
• Support innovation initiatives by contributing research and insights that help shape future products and experiences.
To join our team:
• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Sociology, Anthropology, User Experience, Behavioural Science, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong interest in consumer behavior, market research, and data-driven decision making.
• Experience conducting research, analyzing data, and presenting findings in a clear and compelling manner.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis methods and relevant analytical tools.
• Curious, entrepreneurial, and eager to learn about the insurance industry

Salary information
Expected hourly range $23 - $27
