How you will create impact:

As part of your internship, you'll have the opportunity to work with one of the following two teams:

Auto and/or Home Insurance Pricing:

• Participate in pricing projects for the national home and/or auto insurance portfolio.

• Design, improve, and automate files that enable us to select assumptions or implement rate changes.

• Work with various programming languages and modeling software such as SQL, R, Python, and other underwriting tools.

• Analyze data to identify trends, generate recommendations, and support decision-making.

To join our team:

• You are pursuing a bachelor's degree in actuarial science.

• You are a team player who can adapt to a dynamic environment.

• You have good written and oral communication skills in English and French. The person in this position works mainly with non-French-speaking groups and with teams outside Quebec. Fluency in English is therefore mandatory. Essential tasks requiring knowledge of a language other than French cannot be reassigned to other team members.

• Experience with R, Python, SAS, and SQL and/or other pricing tools is an asset.

What you need to know:

• You will be subject to a Background check as a condition of employment, in the event you are the successful candidate.
