JOB STATUS: Full-time (40 hours), 12 months per year
LOCATION: Cosmos, MN
Help Strengthen Families and Build Strong Communities! As a Family Engagement Coach, you'll support Head Start families by coaching staff, building parent partnerships, and connecting families to resources that help them thrive. Make a lasting impact on children, families, and your community.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Coach and Support Staff: Provide guidance, mentoring, and support to Family Service Workers as they serve children and families.
• Champion Family Success: Oversee family assessments, partnership agreements, and transition planning to help families reach their goals.
• Build Parent Leadership: Support Policy Council and Parent Committees through training, encouragement, and advocacy.
• Lead Quality Services: Monitor documentation, records, and family engagement activities to ensure program standards are met.
• Develop a Strong Team: Coordinate staff training, provide feedback, and support professional growth and development.
• Create Community Connections: Build partnerships, connect families to resources, and encourage parent engagement in their child's success.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: • Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in a Family Services related field. • Preferred: Supervisory, mentoring, or coaching experience. Experience in family services, community
engagement, or human services programs.
Ability to meet Head Start program requirements, including background checks and health screenings.
