JOB STATUS: Full time (40 hours), 12 months, Non-Union position
LOCATION: Redwood Falls, MN
We’re seeking a Youth Development Coordinator to lead impactful youth programs, track progress, and collaborate with partners. Bring your energy, ideas, and understanding of youth and community needs to help make a difference!
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Lead & Support: Recruit and work with youth, families, and volunteers.
• Stay Organized: Keep records up-to-date and track progress.
• Plan Activities: Organize fun group events while ensuring safety.
• Network: Build connections with local businesses and organizations.
• Outreach: Represent the program at community events.
• Keep Learning: Attend trainings and stay up-to-date with the latest trends.

• You communicate clearly and connect with people easily. • You’re great at leading activities and keeping things safe and fun for the youth. • Problem-solving is your strength—you make things happen. • You work well both independently and with a team. • You know child development and how to connect families with resources. • You’re flexible with your schedule, including evenings and weekends when needed.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor's degree is a plus, but 1-3 years of hands-on experience in a human service-related field works too! • Bonus points if you’ve got experience working with youth, recruiting volunteers, and fundraising—those are key skills we love!
