Position Summary

Arthrex Fargo is seeking an HR Generalist and Office Coordinator to manage HR administration and onboarding and keep sales representative travel, event logistics, and office operations running smoothly across the agency. This role owns the employee experience end to end, from offer to onboarding to records, and is the first point of contact for sales representatives and new hires.

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated professional who handles confidential HR information with discretion and keeps high-volume travel and event logistics on track under deadlines. This is a generalist role for someone who likes variety and follow-through, built around HR, people operations, and office logistics.

Essential Responsibilities

HR Administration & Onboarding

• Own new-hire onboarding: employment paperwork, required compliance documentation, and benefits enrollment coordination.

• Manage the hiring pipeline: postings, requisitions, and pre-screening calls.

• Maintain accurate, confidential employee records in BambooHR, in compliance with company policy and applicable employment law.

• Coordinate new-hire IT, equipment, and first-week logistics across all territories.

• Administer employee lifecycle paperwork: role changes, terminations, and exit logistics.

• Support performance review processes and documentation.

• Serve as the first point of contact for HR questions from the field.

Sales Representative Travel & Event Logistics

• Book and manage sales representative travel and medical education travel, including flights and hotel arrangements through Concur.

• Coordinate registration and scheduling logistics for medical education courses and events.

• Coordinate logistics for conferences, sales meetings, agency meetings, and team events, including the annual kickoff.

Office Operations & Vendor Support

• Manage office supply ordering and day-to-day operational needs across office locations.

• Order promotional merchandise and training materials, and manage related vendor relationships.

• Serve as the point of contact for office facilities, operational needs, and visitors at HQ.

• Build PowerPoint materials for internal meetings and training events as needed.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to run multiple recurring processes at once.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with sound judgment in handling confidential information.

• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

• Proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

• Comfortable using AI tools to work more efficiently, or genuinely open to learning them.

Preferred

• Three years of professional office experience (HR experience a plus).

• HR certification (aPHR, cPHR, or sPHR); willingness to acquire one after hire is also a plus.

• Experience with HR administration, onboarding, or employee records management.

• Experience with Concur or comparable travel booking tools.

• Experience coordinating meetings, conferences, or educational events.

• Familiarity with healthcare, medical device, or orthopedic sales environments.
