Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work! As a Special Venue Sales Manager, you’re not just driving event revenue for one or more of our hotel outlets – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
• Generate new business opportunities: Identify and develop relationships with new clients to maximize profitability of restaurant meeting spaces and private dining areas • Manage and grow client accounts: Maintain existing client relationships to foster loyalty and secure repeat business • Lead sales efforts: Conduct sales calls, attend networking events, and strategically promote private dining and restaurant services to drive revenue growth • Coordinate event logistics: Collaborate with restaurant and event management teams to ensure seamless execution of private dining events • Develop and negotiate contracts: Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and execute contracts that balance client satisfaction and profitability goals • Report on performance: Track sales metrics, analyze trends, and provide regular updates to leadership, highlighting successes and opportunities for improvement
