As a CCE, you will be responsible for overseeing the contract lifecycle, from drafting and negotiation to execution and post-award management. Your role involves ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as providing commercial insights and support to the team. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including legal, finance, and business units, to drive contract strategy and execution.
• Manage and execute contracts, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all contract-related tasks. • Review and analyze contracts, identifying potential risks and opportunities, and providing recommendations. • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards, maintaining a strong understanding of industry-specific requirements. • Provide commercial support, including pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and value-added services. • Collaborate with legal and business teams to develop contract templates, playbooks, and best practices. • Maintain contract documentation, including version control and storage, to ensure easy access and retrieval. • Monitor contract performance and identify areas for improvement, implementing process enhancements as needed. • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment. • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities, providing insights to the team.
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or a related field, with a strong preference for a legal background. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract management, with a proven track record of successful contract execution. • Excellent knowledge of contract law and regulations, with the ability to apply legal principles to practical scenarios. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies. • Proficient in contract drafting, negotiation, and management, with a keen eye for detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office suite, with a willingness to learn new tools. • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.
