As a FOS Collection Executive, you will be responsible for visiting customer addresses, collecting payment updates, and maintaining accurate records. Your primary goal is to ensure a positive customer experience while efficiently managing the collections process. This role is integral to our company's financial operations and requires a high level of organization and communication skills.

• Visit customer addresses as assigned, ensuring a professional and courteous approach. • Collect payment updates, including cash, checks, or other agreed-upon methods. • Record and update customer payment information on our portal promptly. • Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and customer interactions. • Communicate with customers to understand their payment status and negotiate payment plans when necessary. • Follow up on overdue accounts and take appropriate action to recover payments. • Collaborate with the collections team to ensure a smooth and efficient process. • Provide regular reports on collection activities and customer payment trends. • Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of integrity. • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in collections management.

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. • 1-2 years of experience in a collections or customer-facing role. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Proficiency in using MS Office and collections management software. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. • Flexibility to adapt to changing work priorities and schedules. • A valid driver's license and a reliable mode of transportation. • Basic understanding of financial concepts and payment processing. • Willingness to undergo training and professional development.
