🚀🚀Job Mission

As a Workforce Management Specialist at Tibber, you will monitor and manage staffing, analyze data trends, and collaborate across teams to implement agile staffing strategies. The responsibilities of this role includes:

Monitor & manage skilling, queue prioritization, adherence/ conformance to schedules, making intra week adjustments to optimize staffing levels & meet SLA goals

Analyze data trends & historical pattern to forecast staffing needs for short to medium term, proactively identifying risks to service delivery

Collaborate across houses & teams to implement agile staffing strategies to meet wider business objectives cost effectively

Develop/ Track/ produce key WFM reports pertaining to Service & Staff performance KPIs (viz. ART, SL/ Abn, Forecast accuracy, Occupancy, Shrinkage, Utilization, etc)

Monitor & maintain CCAS profiles & ID account management

Aiding in vendor cost tracking & invoice reconciliation & RnP scorecard

⚡⚡️Ideal Profile

3+ years of experience in Customer service organization in field of WFM or data-driven analytics role

Open to flexible working hours with different shifts as deemed fit in future

Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets or similar tool exposure for data analysis, working knowledge on Thoughtspot/ Tableau or Power BI will be plus

Experience in ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability through meticulous data entry, validation processes, and error resolution techniques

Experience or demonstrated ability in handling sensitive & confidential information with discretion, adhering to privacy protocols & maintaining strict confidentiality

Strong communication skills and demonstrated ability to collaborate within diverse teams, fostering strong working relationships

Strong track record of qualitative and quantitative analytical skills, demonstrating the ability to interpret data and identify trends effectively
