About this role
Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffee, tea, and other drinks. Maintain consistently high standards of beverage quality, presentation, and taste. Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to guests. Take and accurately process guest orders and payments. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar and work areas. Ensure coffee machines, equipment, and utensils are properly maintained and cleaned. Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control. Follow hotel standards, food safety regulations, and departmental procedures. Handle guest requests and feedback professionally and efficiently. Work closely with the Food & Beverage team to ensure smooth daily operations.
