We are a growing ERP software company offering a Lead Implementation Consultant role that combines project management and ERP consultancy in a client-facing delivery position. You will work alongside a team of developers and support consultants to lead ERP implementation projects from discovery and scoping through to successful delivery, owning the overall project, coordinating resources, managing timelines, controlling scope, and ensuring clients achieve the outcomes agreed at the start of the project. We offer a good office culture with 2 days per week in Kingswinford, a structured onboarding and training programme, a high level of autonomy and responsibility, and the opportunity to take ownership of complex ERP projects and make a real impact.
