Salary: £48,000 - 60,000 per year

Requirements: Proven working experience as an IT Manager or relevant experience.Manufacturing experience is preferred but not essential.Experience of Epicor Kinetic would be advantageous.Project management experience is advantageous, along with cost management.A proven track record of quickly adding value in a fast-paced environment.Technically strong with a commercial mindset.An investigative mind, both on tasks at hand and in questioning whether there is a better way.Ability to progress many activities concurrently.Proven ability to work under pressure.Experience of developing processes and procedures.Flexible approach to work, as additional hours may be required. Responsibilities: Lead all IT and communications for the company, ensuring all on-site and remote systems are maintained and appropriate security measures are in place.Manage relationships with external IT service providers for email, network, backups, and printers.Manage relationships with the ERP supplier and other external IT suppliers.Gain compliance for Cyber Essentials.Manage and create cost-efficient contracts for IT companies and telephony.Advise on IT infrastructure.Maintain, implement, and improve business automations.Manage the day-to-day ERP solution, currently Glovia and moving to Epicor.Assist in the implementation of a new ERP system.Design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies, and procedures.Ensure security of data, network access, and backup systems.Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in a timely manner.Preserve assets, information security, and control structure.Handle the annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness.Mentor and guide the IT Apprentice.
