Salary: £50,000 - 50,000 per year
Requirements: Experience implementing or embedding AI solutions within a financial services, FinTech or regulated environment.Knowledge of CRM platforms and CRM optimisation.Track record of identifying opportunities to use AI and automation to improve business processes.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.The ability to work with both senior leadership and operational teams.A pragmatic, delivery-focused approach, with a focus on getting AI embedded into the business rather than simply producing strategy documents. Responsibilities: Identify and implement practical AI use cases across the business.Help embed AI into day-to-day processes, workflows and customer journeys.Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate these into effective technology solutions.Review existing processes and identify opportunities for automation and AI-driven efficiencies.Support the development and enhancement of our CRM capability.Improve CRM processes, data quality, reporting and user adoption.Work with business and technology teams to ensure CRM and AI initiatives deliver measurable value.Support change management and adoption, helping teams understand how to make best use of new AI-enabled capabilities.Develop practical recommendations and roadmaps for the longer-term use of AI and CRM within the business. We are an innovative residential FinTech lender offering a 3-month fixed-term contract with the potential to extend.
