Requirements: 5+ years of experience as a Senior UX/UI Designer or similar roleProven experience designing and building web and/or mobile applications or other software productsStrong grounding in information architecture, interaction design, user-centred design methods and UX principlesExcellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust quickly across peers and leadershipA relentless drive for innovation, balanced against business needs and customer expectationsExperience creating, maintaining and deploying pattern and component librariesExperience designing dashboards, reports and/or data visualisationsA natural collaborator who works well with creative, technical and business stakeholdersA strong portfolio showcasing high-fidelity mock-ups, wireframes, user flows, research and prototypesExperience running and presenting at ideation sessions with peers and stakeholders Responsibilities: Translate business requirements, market research, usability data and customer feedback into scenarios, use cases and high-level design requirementsBuild and maintain scalable design patterns that guide and influence the wider design teamProduce information architecture, wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mock-ups and prototypes for new applications and experiencesPresent and justify design decisions clearly and persuasively to multidisciplinary teamsTake full ownership of your products, continually reviewing what is working and what is not to keep improvingActively give and seek UX/CX feedback across disciplines to build a well-rounded perspectiveWork as part of a cross-functional team of designers, researchers, product owners, business analysts and developersPartner with external agency designers to integrate new design work into existing digital banking experiencesBring energy, motivation and inspiration to the wider team Technologies: MobileWebUX UI DesignARMEmbedded More:
