Salary: £40,000 - 50,000 per year
Requirements: Strong hands-on Power BI experience, including data modelling, DAX, and Power QueryWorking SQL knowledge and comfort interrogating figures in detailGenuine hands-on experience building with AI tools, including shipping an automation, workflow, or internal tool that relied on themA naturally sceptical, detail-oriented mindsetExperience working with operational data such as sales, service, or field operations data is a strong plusConfidence to challenge stakeholders, including senior leadership, when the data does not support the narrativeComfortable operating in a fast-moving, scaling business where processes and data sources change often Responsibilities: Own our data backbone, including Power BI, dashboards, and reportingDesign, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards covering sales quality, data quality, and service quality metricsRegularly audit dashboard outputs against source data to catch broken feeds, drift, or definitional inconsistencies between regions or teamsFlag anomalies and investigate them before they surface in a leadership meetingRun ad hoc deep-dives when a metric looks off and find the root causeWork with Finances MI function to keep metrics and definitions aligned across the businessIdentify practical opportunities to apply AI across canvassing, sales, customer service, operations, recruitment, and reportingBuild working AI solutions, not just proposalsStay close to useful AI tooling and bring the team relevant, applicable ideasPrototype and implement AI-assisted workflows such as automated customer communications, anomaly detection, and churn signalsOwn AI tools and workflows once liveTrain and support the wider team in using AI tools effectively where it helps their day-to-day workStay close to upstream changes such as system migrations, new regions, and process changes that could affect data or break existing tooling Technologies: AIBackboneDAXSupportPower BIPower QuerySQLChatGPTLESS More:
