Salary: £80,000 - 90,000 per year
Requirements: Strong hands-on experience in restaurant, retail or hospitality technologyExperience supporting large multi-site environments where uptime is commercially criticalAbility to troubleshoot complex technical dependenciesAbility to challenge suppliers and weak technical designsAbility to create clear architecture, configuration and support documentationAbility to make decisions quickly during live operational issuesExperience with NCR Aloha or a comparable restaurant/retail POS platform is highly desirableMulti-country experience is usefulFrench, Spanish or German language skills are useful Responsibilities: Own the technical architecture, standards and operational resilience of restaurant technology across the UK, France, Spain and GermanyAct as the technical authority for restaurant technology across the estateOwn the technical stability of systems including POS, payments, restaurant networks, kiosks, digital menu boards, order-ready boards, CCTV, integrations and other in-store infrastructureSupport major incidents and identify root causes behind outagesDrive permanent fixes for recurring issuesReview supplier configurations and technical designsDefine standards for new openings and technology rolloutsEnsure systems are properly documented and supportable before deployment Technologies: AISupportArchitect More:
