Requirements: Previous experience in a similar Technical Project Manager role within an audio-visual environmentExperience of budget managementExperience managing teamsExcellent communication skills and the ability to liaise at all levelsTechnical knowledge and understanding of equipment and specificationsDriving licence, ideally Responsibilities: Manage key projects with an administrative team to a high standard, with excellent customer service, quality on site, and protection of marginsManage larger projects from start to finish and provide technical support to project and service coordinators where applicableBe involved in handovers with the sales team and initial customer calls before passing work to the coordination team for installationOversee the admin team on a daily basis and support project deliverySupport the service contract coordinator where requiredProduce drawings, elevations, cable schedules, RAMS, and project meeting/scheduling documentationManage in-house and external engineers, including appropriate insurances, vehicles, and PPE when requiredDemonstrate understanding of our products, services, and business processes, with a high level of technical knowledge to deliver solutions accuratelyWork with sales on a pre-sales basis when required for site visits and drawingsManage margins and budgets for each projectEnsure the quality of equipment, cables, quotes, and engineers adheres to our standardsOrganise and deliver projects to our standards alongside the administratorsProvide technical specification of jobs, cable schedules, and drawings where requiredKeep all R&M and training up to dateDrive repeat business through quality work and customer delightAttend supplier and vendor training sessions where requiredBecome certified on supplier/manufacturer accreditations where requiredIdentify knowledge gaps and work with management to address them Technologies: SupportProject Manager More:

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Slough, preferably office based but with hybrid working considered.
