Project Manager Apprentice Full-Time | In-Person Position West Palm Beach and Surrounding Areas $45,000-$60,000 Base (based on experience) + Bonus Opportunity upon promotion to Project Manager Join Our Growing Team Entrusted is hiring a Project Manager Apprentice to help rebuild homes in West Palm Beach and the surrounding areas - Stuart, Jupiter, Delray Beach, Fort Lauderdale - while delivering an exceptional client experience. You'll work directly with a Territory Manager to manage residential reconstruction projects from start to finish, gaining hands-on experience managing job sites, working with contractors, and guiding clients through the rebuild process. No certifications or prior construction background required. We'll train you. Responsibilities Support day to day project execution and job site coordination Communicate with clients, contractors, and internal team members Assist with scheduling, timelines, and project milestones Help close out projects, including payments and customer feedback Visit job sites to track progress and solve real time challenges Coordinate with trades, vendors, and internal team members to keep jobs moving Document project updates and maintain accurate records Partner with a Territory Manager for hands-on training and mentorship Other duties may be assigned Qualifications Strong work ethic and commitment to integrity Humble, teachable, and eager to grow Adaptable and able to stay calm under pressure Excellent verbal and written communication Organized and detail oriented Strong customer service mindset Solutions focused and willing to problem solve Tech savvy and comfortable using company platforms What We Offer Salary ranging from $45,000-$60,000, based on experience, plus bonus opportunity upon promotion to Project Manager 401(k), health/dental/vision, PTO, paid holidays Company provided life insurance and short/long term disability Company paid access to Dave Ramsey's SmartDollar Gym reimbursement Real Growth, Real People James joined Entrusted in 2020 as a Project Manager Apprentice.
