Your Role
Develop, propose and/or implement function-related policies, methods, processes or plan and execute projects and programs, in order to improve processes in focus.
Responsibilities
• Conduct research and analysis on projects or programs.
• Support continuos improvement iniciatives.
• Accomplish analyses on function-related process effectiveness.
• Maintain, develop, propose, and implement function-related policies, procedures, and other guidelines.
• Plan function-related projects and execute the programs according to milestone plan agreed.
• Plan resources and organize project processes. Advise project team members accordingly, and report on project progress.
• Communicate services, initiatives, and programs, and respond to related inquiries from local organizations.
• Facilitate training for employees and managers, regarding new standards, processes or tools.
Your Profile
Skills
• Good communication skills in English and Spanish • Stakeholder Management • Project Governance and Compliance • Continuos improvement knowledge. • Greenbelt Yellowbelt is a plus.
Experience
• 1 - 3 years of job experience managing projects. • Experience working in a global environment. • Experience working in shared services industry.
Education
• Bachelor’s degree or certification in project management or related field
