Laboratory Center Operations: • Provide maintenance, allocation, and security of Laboratory Center facilities in order to support operational activities (e.g. network, software, server, etc.) • Conduct the activity of computer, server, and any practicum equipment maintenance in Laboratory Center • Coordinate the safety and permissions regulation of server data and usage • Ensure about the availability, maintenance, monitoring, setting, development, security and improvement of laboratory network • Conduct the process of installing, cloning, and preparation of software • Perform all operational support processes according to standard procedure • Ensure all laboratory center activities operates according to standard procedure • Manage and calibrate the asset of laboratory center • Participate in other activities that are conducted by internal or external unit Practicum Activities: • Perform assistance/teaching activities according to schedules Laboratory Center System Development : • Participate in System Development Project lead by Operation and System Development Officer • Develop or modify existing system to correct errors, to adapt it to new hardware, or to upgrade interfaces and improve performance • Conduct software system testing or validation procedures • Coordinate all laboratory system status, proposals, or technical issues such as software system design or maintenance • Analyze information related to the system in order to determine, recommend, and plan installation of a new system or modification of an existing system • Handle data for analysis of system capabilities and requirements Management Support Activities: • Provide Report to direct Supervisor • Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost) • Perform activities related to Quality Management System • Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor Education Requirement: •Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) or University Student (6th Semester) Work Exposure/ Experience: •No working experience
