• Gather data and information on potential products, business model, and market opportunities
• Maintain effective communication and network with stakeholders, including faculty members, industry experts, corporates, startups / entrepreneurs, investors, and other professionals
• Conduct licensing process and related document process required for IP Commercialization & Venturing
• Gather and compile information related prospective funding sources, new funding initiatives and respond to opportunities for supplementary funds to existing projects.
• Maintain and update project record, database and documentation related to New Venture Scout process activities
• Provide excellent operational processes and services for all stakeholders
• Arrange related process for various events related to New Venture Scout program activities (e.g., visitations, meetings)
• Communicate effectively and professionally with stakeholders (internal and external)
Management Support Activities:
• Provide Report to direct Supervisor
• Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)
• Perform activities related to Quality Management System
• Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor
Education Requirement: Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) or University Student (6th Semester)
Work Exposure/Experience: No Working Experience
