This position will administer support for operations management.
Responsibilities:
• Determine weekly staffing from the production schedule. • Assign and post overtime schedule. • Maintain/input/review call-in logs. • Update daily/weekly/monthly KPI boards. • Maintain KPI spreadsheets. • Assist in scheduling Kaizen events plant training. • Assist with scheduled audits (Safety/quality/GMP). • Assist with maintaining and ordering non-inventory supplies. • Assist in annual physical inventories. • Other duties as required. • Create and distribute weekly, monthly, and quarterly downtime reports. • Maintain work area safely and cleanly. • Report all unsafe acts and work conditions to supervision immediately. • Support other departments with various projects.
Experience, Skills, Education:
• Experience as a Production Coordinator or in a similar role. • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and office management systems and procedures. • Working knowledge of office equipment. • Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task. • Exceptional oral and written communication skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel & Word • Manufacturing experience is preferred. Compensation: Base Pay Range: $43,500.00 - $72,500.00 Final base pay will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to; role responsibilities, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and/or internal pay equity. Please keep in mind that we consider internal pay equity and hiring at the maximum of the salary range uncommon.
