LIFE SCIENCES OVERVIEW & POSITION OVERVIEW Bain Capital Life Sciences (“BCLS”) focuses on making outstanding long-term investments in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device, diagnostics, and life science technology companies globally. Our guiding principles are to invest in companies focused on helping patients with significant unmet medical needs, driving distinctive innovation, and creating exceptional investor returns. Our team differentiates itself through the depth and breadth of its experience in both private and public equity investing, as well as industry.

Our deal flow spans early-stage venture investments through complex public and private equity transactions, giving Associates broad exposure across investment types. Associates work across therapeutic areas and play critical roles on multiple deal teams simultaneously, learning from and working alongside our experienced team of senior investment professionals.
