Job Title: Marketing Senior Specialist Location: Alpharetta, Georgia, US Employment Type: full-time

The job RIB Software is seeking a Marketing Senior Specialist to support demand generation, digital marketing, event marketing, and regional marketing initiatives across North America. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who enjoys executing integrated marketing programs while supporting the hands-on operational processes that drive pipeline growth and customer engagement. The Marketing Senior Specialist will work closely with sales, product marketing, customer success, and global marketing teams to execute campaigns, support industry events and trade shows, manage marketing assets and inventory, and ensure a consistent brand presence across all customer touchpoints. The successful candidate is organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced software and technology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across email, digital, social media, webinars, events, and partner channels. • Support the planning and execution of webinars, trade shows, conferences, customer events, and virtual programs, including logistics, registrations, promotions, vendor coordination, and follow-up activities. • Maintain and manage event assets, collateral, branded merchandise, and trade show materials, including inventory control, shipping, and on-site support for key events. • Help build, deploy, and optimize email campaigns, nurture programs, landing pages, forms, and automated workflows within marketing automation platforms. • Support lead management processes, campaign follow-up, and CRM data quality initiatives. • Assist with budget tracking, purchase orders, vendor invoicing, and marketing operations administration. • Ensure brand compliance across all marketing activities and customer-facing assets. • Help maintain marketing documentation, shared resources, and established processes.

Essential requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. • 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within software, SaaS, technology, or the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. • Experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns and supporting demand generation programs. • Experience supporting trade shows, conferences, webinars, and other event marketing programs. • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, or similar solutions. • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. • Comfort using AI-powered tools and generative AI to improve marketing productivity, content creation, research, reporting, and campaign execution while maintaining brand standards and quality.
