We are looking for a Patient Administrator to join our Endoscopy team on a part-time, permanent basis at our Community Diagnostic Centre in Cornwall.
This is a patient-focused role where you'll be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience throughout their diagnostic journey. Working closely with clinical and operational teams, you'll provide essential administrative support in a busy and rewarding healthcare environment.
Main duties of the job
Welcome and support patients throughout their visit, providing an outstanding customer experience.Manage patient records, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate information across our systems.Respond to telephone and face-to-face enquiries efficiently, resolving queries and directing patients appropriately.Coordinate reports and correspondence, ensuring information is distributed accurately and within required timescales.Work collaboratively with clinical, operational, and booking teams to ensure a seamless patient pathway.
