Your Mission To execute and support compressor maintenance and overhaul projects with precision, safety, and professionalism — while living our YELLOW mindset. What you should be good at ✅ Engineering degree or equivalent technical background ✅ Strong understanding of rotating equipment (reciprocating compressors is a plus) ✅ Familiarity with JSEA, LOTO, and safety standards ✅ Attention to detail and commitment to “First Time Right” and “Zero Accident” principles ✅ A YELLOW Mindset – ready to take responsibility, act with courage, and grow with the team! ✅ Experience in service execution, planning, or technical documentation will be a strong advantage. ✅ Proficiency in the local language is essential, as both the workers and customers communicate exclusively in Thai. 💬 If you’re passionate about delivering safe, high-quality engineering solutions and thrive in a collaborative, customer-centric culture — we’d love to hear from you! What you can look forward to Plan and coordinate service jobs in accordance with defined maintenance schedules (e.g., 8,000–16,000-hour intervals) Execute overhaul and inspection activities by working closely with field service and workshop teams Ensure safety and compliance by applying Job Safety & Environmental Analysis (JSEA), LOTO, and all HSE protocols before and during job execution Control and manage documentation, including accurate reporting, measurement records, feedback forms, and post-job summaries in line with customer and internal standards Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying service issues, sharing lessons learned, and supporting reliability and quality enhancement efforts Who we are Join our global team of over 6,000 colleagues and make a difference every day.
