WORK MODEL #LI-OnSite WHAT YOU WILL DO This position is responsible for supporting the administration, maintenance, and ongoing accuracy of Hyundai Motor America’s HRIS and related HR data. The role will assist with HRIS data entry and employee lifecycle updates, system maintenance, data audits, report writing, dashboard maintenance, and HR data analysis to support the HR team and business partners. This role will help maintain HRIS data integrity, support recurring and ad hoc reporting needs, and assist with the continued development of HR reporting tools and dashboards. The position will serve as a key support resource for HRIS administration, employee and non-employee data maintenance, report generation, and HR data analytics, helping ensure HR data is accurate, timely, compliant, and useful for business decision-making. HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT HR Operations / HRIS: Input employee and non-employee data into SuccessFactors upon hire and update records as needed to reflect employee lifecycle changes, including job changes, organizational updates, and terminations. Maintain HRIS data integrity through regular audits, validation checks, and coordination with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, IT, and system users to resolve discrepancies. Support required reporting of non-employee data, including labor contractor data, in connection with applicable California pay transparency and reporting requirements. Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, IT, and external vendors to support HRIS troubleshooting, system updates, testing, access reviews, documentation, integrations, upgrades, and process improvement initiatives. Support the administration and maintenance of HR systems to ensure accurate employee data, efficient workflows, and reliable reporting. Data Analytics: Prepare, analyze, and validate HR, payroll, compensation, and workforce data to support business decisions and compliance requirements. Develop recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and data summaries for HR leadership and business partners. Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities through data analysis and provide clear insights to support workforce planning and operational improvements. Ensure report accuracy by reviewing source data, reconciling discrepancies, and partnering with stakeholders to confirm business requirements. Translate complex data into clear, actionable findings for HR, leadership, and cross-functional teams. This role performs day-to-day tasks and analyses in alignment with defined processes and under general direction. Decision-making authority does not extend to matters of significance related to management or general business operations. WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE High school diploma required. Bachelor’s degree preferred in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, Statistics, or a related field. 4+ years of HR, HRIS, reporting, analytics, or administrative support experience preferred Experience maintaining employee data in an HRIS or similar system preferred. Experience with SAP, SuccessFactors, or other HR systems preferred. Experience creating reports, dashboards, and data summaries preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and data validation. Ability to collect, organize, review, and analyze HR data from multiple sources. Ability to write, maintain, and troubleshoot standard HR reports. Familiarity with HRIS systems, employee data structures, and HR reporting processes. Ability to support dashboard maintenance and basic data visualization. Experience with HR data audits, headcount, and organizational reporting preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information and sensitive HR data. Customer-focused with ability to support HR teams, managers, and business partners. Ability to improve process efficiency and reporting accuracy Basic knowledge of HR, compensation, benefits, workforce planning, and employee data preferred. Experience with Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or similar reporting tools preferred. WHAT HYUNDAI CAN OFFER YOU Compensation Range: $63,800 - $88,000 annual base salary Monthly Hyundai/Genesis vehicle lease allowance (including insurance and maintenance) Holiday Pay - the company shuts down with pay between Christmas and New Years.
