He whakamārama mo te tūranga mahi | About the role: Join our team at the Kaiwharawhara Ferry Terminal on a part-time, permanent basis. You’ll not only provide exceptional customer service delivery to our passengers, you’ll also: Coordinate passengers and their bookings Assist with ticketing and check-in services for both passengers, their vehicles and commercial vehicles Ensure passenger’s luggage is well looked after and properly labelled Provide general travel advice and information to our passengers We are looking for people with exceptional customer service skills and a can-do attitude who are passionate about the service they deliver.
