Compensation The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $103,600.00 – $172,600.00. This role is eligible for an incentive target of up to 10 % or $ , based on the achievement of individual and company performance objectives in accordance with the current terms of the incentive program which are subject to change. Our Sales Domain UX Team designs connected, seller-facing experiences that make work simpler and more effective for our sales team. We focus on reducing friction, improving visibility, and streamlining key workflows so sellers and sales leaders can find what they need, act quickly, and stay aligned as they manage requests, coverage, alerts, and other core sales activities. The Senior Product Designer will use well-developed interaction and visual design skills to create mult-channel software solutions with robust capabilities allowing our users to search, consume, and manipulate data. This is a full-spectrum UX interaction design role - from research and solution design to final UI deliverables and testing. You will be working with agile sprint teams with an emphasis on team collaboration. This is a unique opportunity to employ high-tech software and service design within a top-rated, well-established industrial supplier. You will report to the Senior Manager of UX Design for Sales. You Will: Work with Product Managers, Engineers, and QA to design experiences for Grainger Sellers and our internal users Create design concepts, customer journeys, and pixel perfect design deliverables. Translate requirements and user needs into tangible interaction designs through annotated wireframes and visual designs Leverage and contribute to Grainger’s design system documentation Understand technical and business constraints and scale designs for iterative release, ensuring user needs are met in each iteration Evaluate current experiences and provide recommendations for improvement Conduct session replay analysis, evaluate secondary research, and help with user research and evaluative user testing, to improve experiences Communicate design decisions, rationale, and direction when presenting work Collaborate with the UX team to align patterns across products Develop concepts to help test new, innovative ideas Actively seek out feedback from other UI Designers, UX Designers and UX leadership on UX design concepts and deliverables to ensure the best solution is created.
