About this role
Our common goal As part of our International Customer & Sales Support team, you will ensure a seamless order-to-delivery process for our customers, partners, and Sales teams. You will act as a central coordination point across multiple functions, helping to deliver the high level of service and reliability that defines the Vitra customer experience. In this role, you will contribute to strong customer relationships while supporting the successful delivery of our products in an international environment. What you can expect Manage the end-to-end order-to-delivery process, ensuring timely fulfillment and high service quality Process customer orders for new products and spare parts in SAP Act as a central point of contact for the sales teams, international partners, and customers Monitor customer orders and shipment schedules Coordinate production and delivery dates with production planning and internal stakeholders Clarify technical product-related questions between customers and production teams Assess feasibility and calculate pricing for customized product requests, including customer fabric enquiries Organize transportation in collaboration with freight forwarding partners Prepare invoices as well as credit and debit notes and support complaint and return handling How you can convince Completed commercial or technical education 3+ years of experience in Customer Support, Sales Support, or Order Management within a B2B environment Strong customer and service orientation combined with a high sense of ownership and accountability Resilient, flexible, proactive, and capable of working effectively in an international environment Strong organizational and coordination skills with a structured and solution-oriented approach Solid technical affinity and the ability to understand product specifications and customer requirements Experience working with ERP systems; SAP user knowledge is an advantage Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English Enjoy working at Vitra We offer a dynamic, creative, and innovative environment and pursue a sustainable corporate strategy Office design is our specialty - our work environment offers space for creativity including areas for focus time Welcome to Vitra - our orientation and welcome program "How to work better" - our concept for the hybrid working world - enables mobile working in different facets We promote lifelong learning through our internal academy and target group-oriented talent management programs Benefit from attractive discounts on products from Vitra and Artek Do you still have doubts?
