Company : Vaillant GmbH Location : Remscheid-DEU Country : Germany (DE) Brand : Vaillant Group Contract type : Permanent Working time : Full-time What we achieve together In this role, you will further develop and optimize Jira as the central project management and portfolio management tool, ensuring efficient, transparent, and company-wide consistent usage Working closely with project managers and relevant stakeholders, you will enhance Jira workflows, project templates, boards, permissions, and configurations to ensure smooth and effective project execution You will contribute to the design and implementation of a strategic Jira usage framework that provides optimal support for project teams and establishes high-quality project management standards across the organization You will drive the integration of Jira into project portfolio management and support its connection with budgeting, forecasting, cost center, and financial processes, enabling informed decision-making By analyzing project KPIs, status information, effort tracking, and other relevant metrics, you will create transparency regarding project progress and continuously identify opportunities for improvement You will advise and empower project managers and teams in applying project management methodologies, tools, and standards, while creating documentation, knowledge bases, and best-practice guides in Confluence and SharePoint What makes us successful together Qualification: You hold a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification Experience: You have experience in project management and project controlling, ideally within software development, digitalization, or information technology environments, and are familiar with both traditional and agile project management methodologies Knowledge & Skills: You possess strong Jira expertise and consider yourself a power user or administrator capable of actively shaping workflows, reporting structures, and processes. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP PS, SAP BW, Confluence, and SharePoint completes your profile Personality: You stand out through your analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, proactive approach, and ability to align diverse stakeholder interests while driving change initiatives forward.
