Our digital project portfolio spans across several departments from aluminum production to end customer sales. In Business Solutions we work closely with each department in the global Commercial organization, we are the bridge between business and IT, working with solution concepts, gathering requirements, and structuring the improvement work to align with the Commercial requirements and business processes. What you will be doing Support the development and maintenance of commercial reports, data models, and analytics solutions. Optimize business processes and foster data-driven decision making through analytics and IT tools. Capture business analytics and reporting requirements, translating them into IT solutions. Organize and deliver training sessions to uplift organizational analytics skills. What will make you successful? Master's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with a constructive and service-oriented approach. Communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and coordinate activities with multiple business and IT stakeholders. Proficiency in data manipulation languages (SQL or Python) and reporting tools (Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud). Fluent English, both oral and written.
