What you will be doing Work with process control, optimization, and standardization to improve operational performance. Analyze process data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities. Propose, implement, and follow up on process improvements to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency. Drive and support preventive EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) initiatives. Collaborate with a highly competent team. Work closely with skilled operators and shift leaders to ensure stable and efficient operations. Participate in projects as a project leader or project team member, contributing to successful implementation and continuous improvement. What will make you successful? Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, Applied Physics and Mathematics, Energy and Environmental Engineering or a related field. A maximum of two years of full-time work experience after graduation. Proficiency in written and spoken English, with a preference for proficiency in a Scandinavian language. Knowledge of Python, Excel, and Lean methodologies, with experience in continuous improvement initiatives. Strong teamwork skills and a systematic approach to problems will be highly beneficial.
