Job Description 1.- Verify that all systems (equipment) meet operational specifications. 2.- Review and ensure documentation complies with Good Documentation Practices (GDP). 3.- Manage and ensure the proper execution of preventive and corrective work orders. 4.- Maintain GMP and 5S standards in critical system areas. 5.- Actively collaborate on deviation investigations and the implementation of CAPAs. 6.- Keep the area's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) current and up to date. 7.- Maintain up-to-date energy consumption targets for critical systems. 8.- Collaborate with the projects department on the execution of work related to critical systems. Qualification and Experience Qualified Mechanical Engineer 2 years of experience in the role • Steam: Boilers, clean steam generators • HVAC: Condensing units, air handling units (AHUs), supply and exhaust banks, dust collectors, humidifiers and dehumidifiers, laminar flow modules, biosafety cabinets, dynamic pass-throughs, HVAC balancing, chillers, direct expansion (DX) equipment, cold rooms, incubators, climate chambers • Purified Water: Potabilization, water softeners, reverse osmosis, TOC systems, filtration, electrodeionization (EDI) units, high-pressure pumps • Compressed Air: Oil-free compressors, regenerative air dryers, buffer tanks, distribution networks • Electrical: Transformers (medium and low voltage), emergency power systems, distribution panels and master distribution units • Tools: Multimeter, bolometer, ammeter, particle counter, rotameter, anemometer • Software: Microsoft Office, SCADA, Metasys, AutoCAD Language: Business English Competencies Collaboration Customer Centricity Developing Talent Innovation & Creativity Process Excellence Result Orientation Stakeholder Management Strategic Agility
