Main responsibilities: Responsible for the industrialization, planning and implementation of new production lines, processes and methods Design and develop new manufacturing systems, including process flows, tooling, fixtures, automation (robotics, liquid glue dispensing, conveyors), and integration of smart manufacturing technologies Collaborate closely with Product R&D, quality, supply chain, maintenance, and production teams to resolve manufacturing challenges, support new product introductions and ensure design-for-manufacturability (DFM). Support globally all AMSC plants for new product launches and series improvements, incl. Mexico, Bulgaria, India and Germany Prepares the production line and ensures the achievement of the relevant key indicators and stability of the processes Main requirements: Education - University degree in Electronics, Automation, mechanical engineering or other relevant Knowledge of automotive manufacturing or several years experience in electronics manufacturing PC literacy – good level of MS Office and SAP.
